Tommy ‘Rocks” Anderson is regarded as one of the top ukulele players in Arizona (Tommy made the cover story of Ukulele Magazine in the winter of 2018).  In 2021, Tommy was named as a "Kala Ambassador" , an honor he shares with some of the world's best players.

An acoustic rock musician,  Tommy has performed thousands of shows throughout America.  Known for decades as a guitarist and singer, in Arizona he is better known for his wildly popular Beatles shows, as well as his solo acoustic performances.  He is also regarded as one of the top ukulele players in the state (Tommy made the cover story of Ukulele Magazine in the winter of 2018). He is the creator of the Jerome Ukulele Orchestra, which in their first year got noticed by America’s Got Talent, and later formed the Sedona Ukulele Posse in conjunction with the Sedona Arts Center where he taught music for two years.

Tommy now devotes much of his time to Studio A, his recording studio in the Verde Valley, recording clients as well as his own music. You can find Tommy’s music on YouTube as well as download his music on iTunes, Amazon Music, Spotify and more. Besides his busy performance and recording schedule, he also owns a music store in Jerome AZ called Tommy Rocks.  The store is like no other in the country, as it is geared towards both music fans and musicians. It has an eclectic array of instruments including ukuleles, guitars, basses and other exotic instruments, and also carries vintage vinyl LPs and turntables, t-shirts, rare music collectibles and autographed rock & roll memorabilia signed by some of the world’s best musicians.  If you haven’t visited Tommy Rocks store, be sure to include it in your next visit to Jerome.

Tommy performs over 100 shows a year, and is known as one of the most versatile singers and performers in Arizona. His repertoire covers around 1700 songs, and combines a mix of original songs, pop, reggae, R&B, classic rock, Alt country & Americana and over 270 songs covering The Beatles. Tommy’s other musical side projects include The Beatless, Tommy Rocks Trio, B3, The Jerome Ukulele Orchestra, and his super group OvO (“The Owls”), featuring world-class guitarist Joe Berger from NYC.  Tommy’s full performance schedule is online at www.TommyRocks.net
